[...] And then there’s the countless other people who read my blog and support me: all my friends and loved ones, who keep coming back here and supporting me and leaving comments. There are actually too many of you to list. But I read your blogs and love when you link to me and find myself cheering you on as you build your daughter a grown-up bed or, hell, cook a piece of fish. [...]

Hey, you also overlooked fish n chips - the recipe for this is walk to the chippie - order haddock and chips (mushy peas and curry sauce optional), walk home and tuck in. I say haddock as I find it less crumbly than cod - top tip!

Thanks for this, Will! I'm going to make it a point to try the Fisherman's Pie.

I'm also a big fan of serving up salmon with a cold salsa (i.e. mango or papaya). Sweet, spicy, and summery!

Thanks - updated the seasoning section.

I'll try to do more about griddling. Good idea.

You missed some text in the seasoning section..

solid tips though - salmon in foil with veg that goes soft (onions, fennel, leeks - that kind of thing) with lemon, herbs and garlic is beautiful!

I also wholeheartedly agree on the tuna - barely cooked is wonderfully tasty. A blog post about griddling would be good - I'm still not 100% sure I'm using my griddle pan the right way.
